Return Policy

Touchstone Design: We accept online returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase date. Items should be returned undamaged and clean. Reach out to hello@touchstone-la.com to initiate a return. Please note, all sale items and custom orders are final.

Touchstone Art: All art sales are final.

Shipping Policy

Touchstone Design orders receive notice immediately that their order is in process. Upon shipment of the order, you will receive an additional confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 3-5 weeks leadtime when ordering Touchstone Design products.

Touchstone Art orders will be contacted directly to discuss preferred shipping methods and timing.

Please note we do not currently ship to destinations outside of the U.S. territories.
